What wonderful foreign trips and state part weekends we had with Ruth and Jack and their children. Steve and Scott, my kids still talk about the two-station -wagon Christmas tour of Mexico! Ruth was always the planner, and good at it. Whatever she did, she did well–especially cooking and gardening. Good memories.
